Harvest Day

Still open for registration, get your kids back into nature!

Today at Outdoor Adventures for Children we read the book Horton Hatches the Egg by Dr. Seuss, and then we found our own bird nest fully intact, cherry pits and all!

Then we went for a walk in the forest along the creek bed behind my property! When we got back to the property we picked apples then made an apple crisp!

We continued the adventure by finishing harvesting pears, corn, and carrots! A splendid day outside feeling the cool autumn days and nights right around the corner!
