A science day of talking things out, so awesome! Still open for registration too! ❤️

Today at Outdoor Adventures for Children I had an informative chat with a boy who is 3 years old. He was teaching me about bacteria! He explained how he eats yogurt with probiotics and that washing your hands gets rid of bad bacteria! He elaborated how there's good bacteria and there's bad bacteria! He is very knowledgeable for being so young and great company!
"He is very knowledgeable for being so young and great company!"
Then we decided to destroyed a rotten stump and spent hours looking at the ants, earwigs, and potato bugs that lived inside. We talked about how their home was the stump and how they all shared the stump #roomies! He then asked me if there's potato bugs, then are there apple bugs? I like this child's thinking, he's so awesome!
Plus this whole time while we are chatting, we are also making firewood out of the rotten pieces of wood and filling a kids wheelbarrow so he can dump it in the wood shed! He said he was helping me keep the house warm went it got cold!
Then we went for a walk with the goats and the dog down to the mail boxes!
End of the day highlight was when we found a snake and then talked all about the snakes! How big it was, what colour it was, where it lived, what it ate, etc! A wonderful day for science and talking things out!
